Your organization's admin policy can set lower limits than the plan.

How to buy Pro

Pro is sold through Microsoft AppSource and the Microsoft Teams Store as a per-user subscription. Microsoft handles the purchase and the invoice; the price is shown in your currency at checkout. After the purchase:

You land on the ChatVault Export setup page and select Activate (billing starts only after activation; the trial month comes first). The page then takes you to license management in Microsoft Teams.
Assign Pro licenses to users in Microsoft Teams (Apps › Manage your apps › Subscriptions) or in the Microsoft 365 admin center (Billing › Licenses). The app sees a new license within about 10 minutes.
Users open ChatVault Export in Teams as before; the plan bar shows Pro.

You can cancel or change the number of licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center. A cancelled user falls back to Starter at the end of the paid term.
